Q. Where are you located?
Our private office is located at 125 Chenoweth Lane, Suite 103, Louisville, KY 40207. Classes are held at various locations.
Q. Must I schedule an appointment?
Yes, all private appointments must be scheduled.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time, cash and checks only are accepted.
Q. What should I wear and bring to classes and sessions?
Wear comfortable fitting, relaxed clothing to classes. For land classes, bring a mat. For water classes, swimsuits must be worn in the therapy pool, but shirts and shorts may be worn over the suits.
Q. May I modify the movements for my physical condition?
Yes, at all times, please modify in ways that support your comfort, health and balance.
Q. How can I get the most out of a session at Zen Zone?
Zen Zone deepens your experience of body wisdom, feeling, mindfulness, and going within. To maximize those experiences, we ask that you place all electronic devices on silent and out of reach when in session, and that your body and mind be clear of any mind-altering substances.
Q. Does Zen Zone promote any particular belief system?
No. Your beliefs are welcome at Zen Zone.
Q. Is it possible to be certified to teach the movements you offer?
You may request to be certified to teach. Certifications are done in person, and candidates demonstrate that they can perform and cue the movements as demonstrated in our videos, and can articulate the philosophy of the healing movements. Contact Daniel Lally for more information.
